I am honored to work with the beautiful patients and providers of Village Medicine!
My passion for healthcare developed during undergrad at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. My major included a broad collection of Health and Wellness courses and a minor in Nutrition. I moved to Seattle after graduation for post-baccalaureate science courses at Bastyr University. Still uncertain of my career passion, I began working at the Pacific Neuropsychiatric Institute, where I managed patient care coordination and set up AEEGs for 6.5 years. Upon discovering Village Medicine in the fall of 2018, I felt fated to join Dr. Tara Shelby and Christina Pike in their endeavors to grow out of the tiny Wallingford location. I’m grateful to be learning more than ever these days in our big Ballard clinic.
I’m a lover of food, sci-fi and period dramas, my pup (Charlotte), games and adventures with my loved ones.

Like the sunrise… I am reliable and can be very comforting.

If you could choose your age forever, what age would you choose and why?
Can’t say for sure yet because I haven’t experienced all the years to come! I really hope to I make it all the way to age 100!

Which is your favorite way to dance? With others or alone?
With others!

What superhero do you most resonate with and why?
I haven’t read any comic books so my knowledge of superheroes is almost entirely from movies… I love Wonder Woman! She’s impressive; I totally resonate more with her than Batman or Spiderman… I hope to see a lot more superhero movies starring powerful, compassionate women!
