Are you sunrise, daylight, twilight, or night? Why?

Twilight – Sunsets are so magical as the sun sinks below the horizon and as the sky shifts from orange fire to deep dusky blue I feel the calm of evening seep into me and the night owl within me awakens to dance!

If you could choose your age forever, what age would you choose and why?

33 – Because I felt young and on the cusp of my future while also mature & capable, fully trained as a doctor, embarking on my Yoga Teacher training journey, traveling the world serving humanity through Global Health work, and coming into my own as a woman – beginning to understand the journey of self-love that would define not only my path but the one I share with my patients and yoga students.

If you were to geek out on something, what would you geek out on?

Neuroscience, Space science & astrophysics and Nutrigenomics (the interplay of genes and the environment). I also really love learning new languages and what they tell us about cultures and human psychology
