Stephen is a life coach who works with his clients, in partnership, to help them overcome obstacles, make their dreams a reality, and live a life of full intention and of their own design. He believes that the people he supports have all the answers they seek within them already and he works with them to bring those answers to the forefront, empowering them to listen to their intuition and create the clarity necessary to be healthy and at peace. He then serves as a sounding board and accountability partner so that his sessions are action-oriented, bringing about long-lasting change and improvement in whatever realms are important to those he's working with.
Stephen has a BA in psychology from the University of Michigan and an MA in dispute resolution from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He is a certified coach through Motivation Management Services (MMS), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is a Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP), beta class. He holds certifications in numerous assessment instruments and is a specialist in leadership development, team dynamics, conflict management, change management, organizational health, cultural diversity, and personal accountability.
Stephen is a published author and was named one of Hartford Business Journal's 40 Under 40. In his spare time, he is: an active Board member with two prominent non-profit organizations; an avid outdoor enthusiast; a skier; a motorcycle rider; the husband of an amazing inner-city elementary educator; and the proud father of two young children.
