A holistic way to tackle entrenched habits & make sustainable life long changes

In this 4 part online series, you will have the opportunity to explore your own habitual behaviors and make sustainable changes in an intimate and confidential group setting. Through the use of lecture, guided visualization, breath work, and self-reflection, you will build the insight and the skills to create agency in your life!

You will learn:

  • The neuroscience behind habits- and how to hack it to your advantage!
  • Your motivations and where they come from
  • Breath work exercises for centering your body
  • How to optimize neuro-plasticity to rewire your mental pathways

Session topics include:

  • The psychology and psychobiology around neuroplasticity and our ingrained behaviors
  • The impact of the positive reinforcement process on our behavior
  • The formation of early coping mechanisms through a lens of attachment theory
  • An exploration of the motivations behind these old patterns
  • Developing a structure for behavioral change and the creation of new habits

 

How To Register

A. I am primarily insured by Regence, Premera, LifeWise, or another BlueCross BlueShield plan AND I have confirmed that the Village Medicine Provider(s) leading the series is/are considered In-Network for my plan. We will bill your insurance for each appointment with the codes: 99215 + (99417 x 3-5).

  • Copays will be charged at the time of service for each appointment
  • Deductible and coinsurance balances will be due upon notice.
  • We urge and encourage you to verify your coverage and avoid a surprise bill!

B. I am primarily insured by a plan that considers our Village Medicine Provider(s) Out-of-Network, or I am uninsured, or I am choosing to pay out-of-network for this series. Payment will be collected at the time of service for each treatment, or some treatments can be purchased up front at a discounted price:

Patient Responsibilities and Commitment for Participating in Group Appointment Series 
– The group medicine series requires attendance of every appointment in the series for maximal education and physiological benefit.
– If you miss an appointment in the series, you understand that you will incur a $100 cancellation fee per missed appointment.
– We require at least one week (or 7 days) notice to drop the entire series without a fee.
– Ex: If your group class begins on the 20th, you would need to cancel the entire series the week before on the 13th, since the policy applies to 7 days to avoid cancelation fee
– The 1 week cancellation policy applies to the entire series, not per appointment.
– If you cancel the series outside of the 1 week cancellation policy, you will incur the $100 missed appointment fee for each appointment in the series.
– Ex: if it’s a 4 week series you will owe $400, if it’s an 8 week series you will owe $800
Space is limited so if you are unable to attend a class, please understand that a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file (and is not billable to or reimbursable by insurance).
