This one’s easy. You don’t need to follow any special instructions before treatment. When it’s time for your appointment, your Emsella provider will take you to one of our relaxing treatment rooms and have you sit down on the Emsella chair.
Treatment
Lasting about 30 minutes, your Emsella treatment will stimulate high intensity muscle contractions, essentially working out your pelvic floor for you.
Afterwards
