It’s time to find the right tools to help you thrive!

Women and fem-presenting adults with ADHD often experience a unique set of challenges, particularly if they weren’t diagnosed until adulthood. Learning more about how your ADHD brain works can unlock new ways to overcome your struggles. This class will combine this insight with specific strategies for managing problems with work, home life, and relationships. A multifactorial approach that connects how diet, sleep, medications, and supplements can impact your symptoms is vital for thriving with ADHD. You will leave with helpful tools to try, curated resources, and a connection to a community of women just like you.

In this 6 part series, Dr. McMillin will help you better understand your ADHD brain so that you can finally get to the bottom of why you struggle in certain areas of your life. We will dig into specific strategies for problems with work, home life, and relationships. You will leave with helpful tools to try, curated resources, and a connection to other individuals who live with similar struggles every day.

Being surrounded by loved ones with ADHD, Dr. McMillin absolutely “gets it” when it comes to the daily struggles having ADHD can bring. She understands the importance of finding interventions that are realistic for each individual, and is especially passionate about helping patients embrace the strengths of their ADHD brains as well as overcome the unique hurdles they face.

This class is designed for women and fem-presenting adults with ADHD, whether they struggle more with inattentive symptoms, hyperactive symptoms, or all of the above. We will touch on the unique ways that women and fem-presenting individuals with ADHD struggle due to societal pressures and late diagnosis
