Ryan believes in informing and educating with respect and honor for the body’s natural intelligence, to feel empowered in your female body.
Ryan has 15+ years of experience as a hands on practitioner. Her roots are in therapeutic massage, but her path has taken her much deeper into the therapeutic realms. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2010 and since then has had extensive additional training in integrative healthcare modalities including internal pelvic assessment and treatment, perinatal care, visceral mobilization, nutrition and gut healing, hormone health, yoga, meditation, somatic experiencing and trauma, breath work, sex, and indigenous healing practices. She’s been been shepherding people on the healing journey for a very long time.
Ryan’s Philosophy of Medicine
Ryan contends conventional medical model does not serve women. The shrugging off of women’s health issues as “hysteria” and baseless complaint has led to millions of women trying to manage chronic health conditions alone.
