Awakening Divine Pleasure – Telemedicine Series – LEVEL 1

Meeting Online Tuesday Evenings 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Dr. Ryan and Dr. Jennifer invite you to awaken your embodied pleasure.

In this 6-part series, you will have the opportunity to work in an intimate group to explore your pelvic bowl, awaken your root energy, and bring forth your deeply held pleasure potential.

You will learn:

• Why we don’t know more about our own sexuality
• The anatomy and function of the pelvic bowl and arousal network
• Exercises for tuning in and turning up the heat
• How to integrate intimacy tools into your daily life

Session topics include:

1. Sexual Shame and Reclamation

2. Pelvic Anatomy

3. Pelvic Energetics

4. Integration Tools

This class is good for you if:

• You have low libido, and you know you should do something, but you don’t know what
• Your sexual pleasure is dwindling due to hormonal or life changes
• You have painful or unsatisfying sex or can’t have an orgasm
• You have ignored problems in your vulva, vagina, and pelvic bowl
• For a long time but are ready to relieve yourself from that burden
• Sex is the elephant in the room for you and your partner
• You want to begin healing from a boundary violation, such as sexual abuse, gynecological trauma, or birth trauma

Sessions Meet: Tuesday Evenings, November 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, December 3rd, 10th, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm PST

** Due to the specificity of the anatomical teachings in this workshop, it is for those assigned female at birth **

How To Register

1. Contact the office at (206) 919-0175 and ask to be scheduled for Awakening Divine Pleasure Level 1
2. Log into your patient portal, go to the ‘Class Registration’ tab, and complete the Awakening Divine Pleasure Class registration form!

There are 2 billing options:

1. Regence, Premera, LifeWise, or another BlueCross BlueShield plan that Dr. Tara Shelby is considered In-Network for:
   1. We will bill your insurance for each class with codes 99215+99417×5
   2. Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance balances will be due upon notice. We urge and encourage you to verify your coverage and avoid a surprise bill! If you have a high deductible, you can waive your right to insurance billing for this group and pay the cash rates at the time of service instead.
2. Out-of-Network, uninsured, or you are choosing to pay out-of-pocket:
   1. $350 will be charged to your card on file at the time of service for each class
   2. All 6 sessions can be purchased for $1,890 (must pay in full by the first class to receive this deal).

Space is limited, so if you are unable to attend a class for any reason, $100 will be charged to your card on file (not billable to insurance)
